1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pilotpodcasts.com (the “Site”) and using the services provided by Pilot Podcasts (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to the Launch Lab, Feedback Loop, and the Pilot Exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pilot Podcasts provides audience insights, strategic development, and partnership management for the audio ecosystem. Our core offerings include:

Launch Lab & Feedback Loop: Audience testing and qualitative data reporting for podcast concepts.
Growth & Marketing Services: SEO optimization, strategy sessions, and promotional planning.
Pilot Exchange: A curated, managed sponsorship service connecting vetted creators with brand partners.

3. Fees and Payments

Pricing: Services are billed as flat-rate fees or monthly subscriptions as outlined on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our audits, reports, and strategy sessions, payments for completed or in-progress “One-Time Tests,” “Launch Lab” packages, and “Audits” are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific service contract.

Subscription Cancellation: For recurring services (e.g., Feedback Loop Monthly), you may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. Creator Content

You retain 100% ownership of your IP. Pilot Podcasts does not claim ownership of your podcast audio, scripts, or branding. By submitting materials for testing or the Exchange, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely to perform the services requested (e.g., sharing a clip with a focus group or a potential brand partner).

B. Pilot Podcasts Materials

All reports, data visualizations, and strategic frameworks provided to you are for your internal use. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our proprietary “Audience Insight” reports without written permission.

5. Pilot Exchange Terms

The Pilot Exchange is a curated service, not a public directory. Participation is subject to the following:

Matching: While we use data-backed matching, we do not guarantee specific sponsorship outcomes or revenue amounts.
Transparency: Brands and Creators agree to provide accurate data (download stats, budget, etc.). Falsifying metrics is grounds for immediate removal from the Exchange.
No Exclusivity: Unless specified in a separate campaign contract, joining the Pilot Exchange does not prevent Creators from seeking independent sponsorships elsewhere.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services provide data and recommendations based on current market trends and listener samples. However, we do not guarantee specific growth metrics, chart rankings, or financial success. Pilot Podcasts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our insights or marketing strategies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
